Your order will be shipped once:
i) Payment has been approved.
ii) The delivery/billing address has been verified.
iii) If you have ordered an item from a waiting list it will be shipped once the merchandise is in stock.
In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which all three of these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter.
Deliveries outside the UK are made by Royal Mail International and a signature is required for their receipt. A cost of £5/lb is charged for Europe and £6/lb for International. Please note that customers living outside the European Union may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed. We are only able to deliver to the billing address of the credit or debit card.
